I have more. My first-line comfort food is pizza. The good thing is that pizza is big, so wherever you eat it, you cannot complain about the amount – it should be enough, however hungry you are. Of course, you need to ask for at least 28 cm big one in order to satisfy your hunger. Another comfort food is ice cream but this is more typical when we I am on holiday with my wife. It is fun to eat ice-cream in the street, have a chat and watch people.
My rule is this: when I am thirsty, I go with fruity ice-cream but when I am hungry, I opt for the combination of vanille, chocolate, coconut and other similar flavours. Another favourite comfort food is oreo. Nowadays I dip them into milk…they are delicious. Milk makes them softer and this texture is much better than eating it dry. Sometimes my wife makes me Bolognese Spagetti, which can be very filling. One or two meals a day of this is enough. I also like cheese nachos at weekends while watching a film or TV series. There are also times when I cannot resist to salty pretzels or salty sticks. Peanuts is another comfort food but I may be allergic to it, so I stopped eating them.
