RANT POST: Enough with the Electronic Madness in Cars!

There are already so many unnecessary electronic annoyances in cars that you can’t drive in peace without beeping, music, warnings, whistles, or flashing lights going off! I’d disable every single one of them if I could!

Beeping, flashing lane detectors — who needs them? People who haven’t learned the rules of the road shouldn’t be allowed near a car! Soon cars will be cooking for me too! Automatic emergency brakes? Whoever invented these, I’d break their hand!

AdBlue electronic systems, lane monitors, collision warnings, drowsiness alerts, alcohol detectors, mood sensors, god knows what else — all kinds of “assistants”! Cameras everywhere, all around the car! Each costs half a million, millions of expensive sensors!

Something breaks down? Good luck fixing it! Oh, no one knows how? Then just scrap it! Obviously, the point is for as many things as possible to break so you have to buy new junk every six months, making profit and trashing the environment!

With electric cars, every tiny little gadget drains the battery faster and faster! Of course, that’s the plan! Use more power, pay more, buy a new battery!

And people sit inside a moving phone and clap for getting fooled — while we get a big electronic waste that they just throw in the landfill, flashing and beeping until the damn thing dies!

Soon they’ll require ten minutes before you start the car to input your physical stats, driving style, and fill out a psychological test! That’s where I’d get out and pour gasoline on it to watch it burn from my bike at the nice sunset!

People got along just fine on the roads without all this nonsense — and they still would! But there’s always some idiot inventing something stupid to squeeze more money out of us!

That’s why my 15-year-old car suits me perfectly — it’s not stuffed full of thousands of potential faults! A new car? Never!
