Why Is Everyone in Such a Rush?

On the roads, everyone is racing around like crazy in these by huge cars! I don’t understand — where are they rushing to? I can’t even drive down the street peacefully because there’s always some lunatic right on my tail!

It’s like everyone is in a hurry all the time! When the light turns green, they all slam the gas, revving up to the engine! No wonder most used cars are in such terrible mechanical condition! As for me, I deliberately shift gears at 2500 RPM, even if the person behind me has a heart attack over it! On the road, I do not care even if a frustrated idiot behind me stew in their own anger!

This kind of impatience on the road isn’t just annoying – it’s dangerous. It reflects a wider cultural habit of rushing through everything without thinking about the long-term effects, whether on our cars, our health, or our mood. Sometimes diving slower is about setting your own pace and refusing to be dragged into other people’s stress. And honestly, the road would be a calmer, safer place if more people learned to do that.
