Finally, we managed to sell our property. We had an empty land near another town and we planned to have a weekend resort there but we have different goals now, so we had to get rid of it. I went to a lawyer who managed the paperwork and there was my buyer who had already paid me previously. We have to pay a lot of taxes but it is fine. What matters is that this is less of a headache now. A person in my environment once said that the best thing is if you have nothing.
