Duck and discoveries

So, last weekend, my wife and I decided to hit up this nice restaurant for a night out. It was chill, you know, like we were posted up in this garden spot, just soaking in the vibes. Now, let me tell you, most of the time when we eat out, I’m all about that chicken and rice or a salad. But this time, my wife was like, “Hey, switch it up! You always go for the same old.” And I thought, why not, right? We don’t dine out too often, so might as well take the opportunity. So, I went with the duck breast instead of the usual chicken. It is not a major switch-up, but it’s something different, and I was cool with it. I figured, you sometimes have to embrace change to spice things up.

After that, we kept the night going with a stroll to the city center. It was a warm night, streets were buzzing with people. Some were posted up in bars and cafes, others just cruising. We found a spot on a bench by a fountain and were just admiring the scene. Eventually, the sandman came knocking, so we headed back home. All in all, it was a warm, intimate, nice evening.
