I was immersed in the topic of self-help earlier, and I wrote thousands of words on how I thought I should be motivated and productive. However, I got tired of that topic and gave up writing. You can find some of those posts here on this blog if you go back a few months.
I still come across this problem quite often but I realized I should not overcomplicate thinks and deep thinking about these problems would not help. Instead, if I try to be practical and build up a solution system based on my daily experiences, that can be more effective.
So what I do is that I think about the success, the fruit of my task – once done, what will I achieve? What impact will it have on me? I know that anything I do just takes me further and I can learn from anything I do.
Focusing on the end result and the positive impact it will have on you can be a great motivator. Recognizing that every task, no matter how small, can contribute to your personal growth and learning is a valuable perspective to have.
Well, one of my job is teaching, the other one is writing. When I see that my students pass their exam, that is definitely positive results. On the other hand, when I finish writing an article, essay or a translation, the finished project gives me the feeling of fulfilment.
So seeing my students succeed and knowing that I played a part in their success is incredibly rewarding. Finishing writing projects and feeling a sense of fulfilment is another great indicator of my dedication for writing as a side job. I just try to keep up the work.
It’s wonderful how you’ve shifted your perspective to focus on the positive outcomes and the impact of your efforts. By centering your thoughts on the success and the fruits of your tasks, you’ve found a more practical and effective approach to motivation. Your dedication to teaching and writing is truly admirable, and the fulfillment you experience from seeing your students succeed and completing writing projects is a testament to the meaningful impact you have. Keep up the fantastic work, and remember that every small task contributes to your personal growth and learning journey. Your positive mindset is sure to inspire others on their paths as well!
Similarly, as a fellow writer, completing projects brings a unique joy. That feeling of fulfillment when an article, essay, or translation is finished is indeed a powerful motivator. It reinforces the notion that every small task contributes to personal growth and learning.
I vividly recall a moment during one of my writing projects that embodied the essence of fulfillment. It was a crisp autumn evening, and I had just completed a lengthy article that delved into a complex topic I was passionate about.
As I hit the “submit” button, a wave of satisfaction washed over me. Little did I know, the article would go on to receive recognition from readers who found it insightful and thought-provoking. The feedback was like a symphony of appreciation, and each positive comment felt like a note in a melody of accomplishment.
Shortly after, I received a heartfelt email from a reader who shared how the article had sparked a positive change in their perspective. Knowing that my words had the power to influence someone’s thoughts and emotions was profoundly gratifying.
This experience became a beacon of motivation in my writing journey. It reinforced the idea that, beyond the act of writing itself, there’s a ripple effect that reaches and resonates with others. It solidified my belief that every keystroke, every carefully chosen word, contributes to a broader tapestry of connection and understanding.
In that moment, I understood that the impact of our efforts extends far beyond personal satisfaction. It’s about creating a positive change in the lives of others, no matter how small. And as I basked in the glow of that accomplishment, I felt a renewed sense of purpose and a deep appreciation for the transformative power of words.
Man, staying on the grind in tough times ain’t always easy, but you gotta flip the script, you feel me? Forget overthinking! Keep hustlin’, keep grinding! 💪✨
