The main question as you may have asked yourself is why she did not use her mobile phone? If it was intact, it means she did not use it at all. I think what may have happened here is that she became unconscious. I am not a doctor but falling from a wall can be traumatic in my opinion and it can also knock out a person, rendering they unconscious. Is it what happened? Right now, this is the only logical explanation that I can come up with but of course, the post-mortem examination will give some answers.
