A tragic and mysterious incident

I read an interesting article on Mirror: a 46-year-old British woman was discovered dead on Agonda beach in Goa, India, near a church complex. Local residents found her body after she reportedly fell while attempting to climb a wall, resulting in a broken collarbone. The police are investigating, and it is unclear how long she remained injured before being found. No foul play is suspected, as her belongings, including her mobile phone and identification, were found intact. The woman, a frequent visitor to Goa, was traveling with friends. The consulate, embassy, and her family have been informed, and her body will undergo a post-mortem examination at the district hospital in Margao town. The cause of death will be determined after the postmortem examination.

The main question as you may have asked yourself is why she did not use her mobile phone? If it was intact, it means she did not use it at all. I think what may have happened here is that she became unconscious. I am not a doctor but falling from a wall can be traumatic in my opinion and it can also knock out a person, rendering they unconscious. Is it what happened? Right now, this is the only logical explanation that I can come up with but of course, the post-mortem examination will give some answers. I will try to follow this up and let you know if I find something.
