A Christmas Party with friends and confetti

Today, we had our usual Christmas party with our friends in the local community centre. Last year we were at a library but I think the room was too small there. There were about 15 people as well as last year and I have to say, the building where was better. We had already drawn names online before the event, so we all knew who we would give our gifts. What is more, on drawnames.com you can also create a wish list and you can tell your Secret Santa what you would like to get, making your job much easier. The person who I drew wanted either a USB mixer or an air diffuser. Sadly, the USB mixer did not arrive in time so I opted for the air diffuser. I went to Tesco to buy it and I also needed to buy other things, which were necessary for the meals that my wife was cooking. She wanted to have a variety of foods. No surprise, she got really tired by the end of the day. Anyway, we had a great event, we chatted, ate and some of us played with a board game. It was a bit difficult to clean up at the end of the party because confetti was scattered everywhere but we did what we could do in terms of cleaning.
