The spreading of social media has had a big impact on our daily life. More and more people communicate with each other on the internet and it helps them to stay in touch. I think the role of social media is getting stronger and they will offer more functions. Gadgets are also shaping our life. Instead of reading a newspaper, we read the news on our phone. Instead of meeting someone in person, we just use our phone. Instead of sending a letter to someone, we just send a text message. However, it does not mean that these technological advancements will totally erase the classic newspaper, the book, or the post as a service. It just means that this trend will go on,making our life more convenient. It is possible though, that there will be new gadgets.
I can imagine a mobile phone in the size of a wardrobe. It would replace landline phones and it would be used at home. Regarding its functionality, it would not be smarter than a mobile phone, it is just an oversized gadget. Tablets will be faster and the operating system on it will be developed constantly. The goal is to increase the functionality of the gadgets. There will be more and more electric cars on the roads and they will use wireless or mobile network to communicate with each other. Their services will be able to run diagnostic tools on the car, just like Tesla has introduced it.
