What I have learned recently is to appreciate the moment. I realize how fast time goes every day and my problem is that I always worry about something. I keep working on stopping this worrying but it is hard. What I try to do is to focus on these little moments of the days. Yes, I think it is a great mindset. It’s important to stay present and embrace the small moments. For example, the joy what I have found today was the moment this morning when I woke up, went to the kitchen and had a morning chat with my wife.
It was a lovely way to start the day. Connecting with loved ones in the morning can set a positive tone for the rest of the day. This morning connection with my wife contributed to your overall well-being and happiness for the whole day. I am not saying I did not have difficulties – because I did face some difficulties during work and my errands but finding smell moments like these can help.
Finding these small moments of joy and connection can act as a source of resilience, helping us navigate through the challenges of the day. So this is the strategy that I use to remind myself to stay present and find joy in the midst of difficulties.
