Where is our money?

I read on Daily News Hungary that the country wanted to know who was responsible for the European Union having been pushed to the brink of bankruptcy. It was said by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Brussels. “Everyone has a single question in Brussels right now: where has the money gone?” Viktor Orbán said in a video on Facebook ahead of a summit of EU leaders. The prime minister said this raised the question of “how is it that the European Union could be pushed to the brink of bankruptcy”.

To be honest, I do not care. I do not care, because it does not matter how much money the EU gives us, I will never see a penny of it.

I am unsure about the exact destination of that money, but its allocation does not contribute to improving my financial situation. It fails to provide any assistance in paying my monthly bills, resulting in ongoing difficulties. Moreover, I do not witness any positive changes in my surroundings either. Education and healthcare do not seem to be improving; in fact, schools and hospitals are deteriorating, and there is a noticeable resignation of doctors and teachers and there are tons of other things.

It appears that the money received from the EU does not have a positive impact on anything. I suspect that it is either being stolen or ending up in the pockets of politicians. This straightforward explanation seems plausible to me.

Of course, they demand money. Their money.
