I read on Daily News Hungary that in a surprising turn of events, Ferencváros (Fradi), Hungary’s renowned football team, had faced a 3-0 loss at home against Kí Klavsik from the Faroe Islands during the Champions League qualifying round. This defeat resulted in club president Gábor Kubatov making a swift decision to terminate Stanislav Cherchesov from his position as the team’s coach. Kubatov made the announcement public on his social media page, highlighting the immediacy of the change.
All this is because Hungarians are only forcing this sport. Today, I met one of my old friends who is a gym owner and has been to Spain and Portugal, where many small streets have small fenced mini-courts, and all the children are having fun playing with the ball. He said it had been such a good feeling to see that they love and enjoy what they were doing. In Africa, children play soccer barefoot in the sand and enjoy the sport. Dance and entertainment are in the blood of Brazilians, and their football is as atmospheric as it is.
Even our national anthem also tells us that Hungarians are a people with bad luck, plagued with boos. It seems that they want to play football by force and not from the heart, that is why their football is the way it is. There is a ridiculously high salary floating in front of their eyes on the fields. They are not chasing the ball, they are chasing the money!
And there is this football madness here on the part of politicians but I think it is just because they steal a lot of money, while something has to be shown, even if Hungarian football is a crap. The money does not go to football, but to the pockets of the politicians. I think football is just the cover system through which a lot of money is stolen. In my opinion, a lot of money has already been put aside through the stadiums, and the soccer players are all relatives of the leading political party.
My friend said no one had ever asked him if he needs HUF 50,000 support. “Buy some weights from it…or a bar”.
In the past, he received some mail to support the local football association, to which he responded, “Go and f yourself! Has anyone ever supported me?” If we are such a sports nation, why don’t we support small sports entrepreneurs as well?
