It is unquestionable that we need a healthy society, especially nowadays, in times of wars, social unrest, and violence. Besides greediness, an unhealthy mental state is another factor that contributes to aggression. Communities like organizations that deal with mental health have a lot of tasks to foster mental health. These organizations are usually non-profit, and volunteers try to contribute to the mental health of people. I do not think that society can improve without a healthy mind. If people are too distracted by their mental problems, they cannot focus on work, innovation, and they will not be creative. As a result, it is important to manage personal problems effectively and deal with our personal demons.
Those who suffer from mental problems like me (I have health anxiety) need to realize that their problems are sometimes created by themselves. If you can take control over your negative thoughts, you will succeed. This is what I am trying to do. I noticed that when I do not care about my phobias, I am more productive, and these phobias just disappear. By focusing on your fears, you give them energy to materialize; that is the thing. So instead of wasting time on our fears, we could do much better for a healthy society by changing our own attitude.
