We are improving our balcony. Our plan is to have a professional aluminum sliding window so it can be closed or opened when we feel like. Sliding, because if we open it, the frame will be in our way. But first of all, a hole has to be removed from the bottom of the balcony. Originally, it served to drive the water outside when the rain was too heavy. When it rains too hard, the balcony can get full of water. However, it is worth noting that our balcony has never been so saturated with water so that hole seems pointless there and the balcony will look more cozy without it.
So today, two workers came and they filled it with a special foam. It looks funny right now because the foam is getting thick and fatty at the same time, but they’ll come back tomorrow and smooth it out nicely. So this is our first step of this improvement.
